·Accomodation:
The participants will be lodged in a good youth hostel called Haus Kreisau (www.hauskreisau.de). Three meals a day will be provided (also vegetarian), and you will sleep in 4-bed-rooms.
·Costs:
Participants pay only 30% of their travel costs. The rest is payed by EU-funding.
·Special:
At the end of this week, we will have the Berlin Footbag Jam as the final event at popular Mauerpark. The participants of the EFC 07 will present Footbag on stage as well as give instructions to guests, newbies, and,interested people in numerous workshops. In addition, there will be a 4-hour live radio show with live music and free food and drinks for the participants.
·Arrival
If you come by train you will probably arrive at Hauptbahnhof. Than take the S-Bahn S5, S7, S75 or S9 to the west and get out after 2 stations at Zoologischer Garten. There you take the bus X34 which leaves only every 20 minutes on Sundays and go to the station Kaserne Hottengrund (Terminus). It will take you about 45 minutes. On the left side of the road you will find the Kafkastr., walk this street till its end and turn left after a few meters at Sakrower Kirchweg number 79 is your accommodation Haus Kreisau.
If you come by car the best will be to put the address in your route planner: b>Sakrower Kirchweg 79, 14089 Berlin
·General Info
Please bring your own bedclothes.
After the meals we will bring the dishes in the cleaning machine in the kitchen.
Drinking alcohol and smoking weed are forbidden at the European Footbag Camp. If you absolutely need to smoke a cigarette, we kindly ask you to do this outside of the area of Haus Kreisau in order not to be a bad role model for younger participants.
We will try to install a router a Haus Kreisau to get a wireless internet connection there. If we don’t manage to do this there are 5 computers with internet connection in the house, so you can check your emails.
